Pinpoint Web Solutions is a full-service professional web design, graphic design, and internet marketing company. We specialize in creating and hosting top-class websites and custom web applications for small to medium sized businesses. We can deliver dynamic, vibrant websites utilizing the latest technology and help you stand out from the crowd. Once your website is online, we can optimize it for maximum search engine exposure and spearhead effective internet marketing campaigns for your company.

Since each website is completely unique, our price varies with each project. After meeting with you to determine the scope of your project, we will draft a proposal for you or your company. The proposal breaks down all the pages, features, and services that we feel would serve you best and outlines the estimated cost of each. You can opt to include all or any of the features and pages on the proposal, and once the proposal is signed we can begin work.

To give you an idea of what to expect, here are some examples of web projects and their usual costs:

• $1000 – $1500: Simple 5-page informational website with a contact form
• $1500 – $3000: Medium-sized project with up to 10 pages, a few with advanced functionality
• $3000 – $5000: Large project with up to 20 pages, a few with advanced functionality
• $5000 – $7000: WordPress-driven website with up to 20 pages, many with advanced functionality
• $7000+: Advanced custom database-driven web application with advanced functionality

Marketing services are specifically tailored to each client, but these prices are much more static than our design and development services. Here are some of our current marketing rates for specific services:

• Search Engine Optimization: $500 – $1500 (price varies with project size)
• Google Adwords Advertising: 10% of marketing budget per month (minimum $100), free setup
• Facebook Advertising: $75 per month, free setup
• Other Relevant Marketing Channels: price varies

*Companies or websites that have never used Google Adwords are eligible for a free $100 of marketing

If you already have a website, there are a number of things that we can do for you. Redesigning your website is always an option, and is generally less expensive than designing a website from scratch. Already having a website gives us a lot of content and copy that we can rework, saving us time and you money. If you don’t want a redesign, we can optimize your existing website for maximum search engine ranking and/or launch a marketing campaign for your website.

Sure! We’d be happy to help you register your domain name under either your name or your business name. We also offer website hosting to our clients on our server for as low as $10 per month. Hosting includes email addresses for your company, 24-hour monitoring and maintenance, and more.

Definitely. You’ll just need to provide us with the login credentials to access your domain and/or hosting, and we’ll be happy to set everything up for you through a third-party company.

Once we deliver a website to you, it is your website to update as you deem fit. However, any damage or errors you may cause by your work on the website can be fixed by us at our regular hourly rate. If a custom content management system or WordPress-driven website is developed for you, making these changes is easy and we’ll show you how. Some of our clients update their websites periodically themselves, and then ask us to clean up their work. Other customers just call us to implement any changes or updates.

Absolutely. We have developed and redesigned a number of logos for our clients. Logo designs are the result of collaboration with our graphic design team and our clients. We work hard to collaborate with you to develop a logo that fits your vision.

We sure can. We design and order custom business cards for our clients on a regular basis, collaborating with them every step of the way to develop business cards that make an impact for our clients. You can choose from hundreds of different card stocks, from thick and extraordinary cards to more traditional cards.

Yes, we can. Some clients with frequent updates decide to subscribe to a monthly maintenance package, while others opt to pay us for updates on an ad hoc basis from time to time.

Yes, we can. Copy writing is a long process, and we recommend that our clients provide us with as much digital content (text, pictures, etc) as possible to help cut down on their costs. We will take the content we are given, make some changes to it, and turn it into digital website content for your website. However, we can also write all of your copy if required.

Most of the time, Google Analytics software is installed for our clients. Analytics enables both our clients and us to monitor the traffic your website is receiving and analyze extremely useful metrics such as: how many visits you have received, what keywords people have used to find your site, where your traffic came from geographically, and much more.

Yes, search engine optimization is one of our most used services. Many of our clients have obtained #1 rankings, as well as many other first-page rankings. Through research and collaboration with our clients, we determine the best keywords to focus on. All web hosting packages come with email addresses. These emails can be setup to run with Outlook, or simply forwarded emails to any email address of your choosing.
